Account & Data Deletion
This page explains how to request deletion of your Block King
(com.blockking.game) account-linked data and related information
held by Novera Studio.
How to request deletion
- Email help@noverastudio.com.tr
- Use subject: Block King Account Deletion
- Include: the Google / Play Games email you use to sign in, and your request to delete account-linked data.
We will process verified requests within 30 days.
What we delete
- Linked player identifiers we store (if any)
- Support correspondence related to your request (after handling)
What may remain
- On your device: local scores and saves until you clear app data or uninstall Block King.
- Google Play Games / Google: leaderboard scores and Google account data are controlled by Google. You may also manage or delete Play Games data in your Google account settings.
- Ads / Analytics providers (e.g. Google AdMob, Firebase) may retain aggregated or legally required records under their policies.
Partial deletion (without full account deletion)
You may email the same address to request deletion or clarification of specific data we control (for example support records). Device-local data can be removed by clearing app storage or uninstalling the app.
