These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the mobile game
Block King (package com.blockking.game)
published by Novera Studio (“we”, “us”).
By downloading or playing the game, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Block King is a free-to-play puzzle game that may include advertising (including rewarded and interstitial ads), optional Google Play Games features, and analytics used to operate and improve the app.
2. Eligibility
You must be able to enter a binding agreement under the laws of your country. The game is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age where you live).
3. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play Block King for entertainment. You may not reverse engineer, cheat, disrupt services, or use the game for unlawful purposes.
4. Ads & virtual features
Ads are provided via Google AdMob and may be personalized where allowed by law and your consent choices. Rewarded ads may unlock optional in-run benefits (for example continue or hint). These are not real-money gambling.
5. Accounts (optional)
If you sign in with Google Play Games, Google’s terms also apply to that account and leaderboard features. You are responsible for activity under your account.
6. Privacy
How we handle information is described in our Privacy Policy. Account / data deletion requests are described on our Account & Data Deletion page.
7. Disclaimer
The game is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Novera Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the game.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. The “Last updated” date above will change when we revise them.
